Our apps are intended for users who are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country). If you are under 13, you may use our apps only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense our apps or any part of them.
All content in our apps — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by PGRM or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or use our trademarks without permission.
Our apps are free to download. Some features are available as a one-time Pro purchase, processed by the app store you downloaded from (Google Play or the App Store). Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Refunds for Pro purchases are handled according to the refund policy of the store you purchased from.
We may update our apps from time to time, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature or any app, with or without notice.
Our apps work entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, or have access to any data you enter. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You agree not to use our apps for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our apps except as permitted by applicable law.
Our apps are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the apps will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any particular feature will remain available in future versions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PGRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps. Our total liability for any claim related to an app shall not exceed the amount you paid for that app, if any.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this URL, and the effective date above will reflect the latest update.
